Inside Out

Another busy but fun day today. A swim first thing (the older one pretty much managed to touch the bottom of a 3m deep pool by perfecting his jump, and he was very pleased), then chittery bites and church.

In the afternoon one of Iain's former colleagues came with his family to visit. We had a wander in the forest and a long game of footie in the back garden before a big family roast together. So nice to meet their two student children and to spend time with them all. Our little ones loved all the additional attention and having new people to grub about in the forest with.

I forgot to take my camera or phone out and about with me today, so here are the roses from yesterday in their natural setting!
