Solid and Heavy

A bit of a strange theme for the Digital Photography School this week I thought but as there was no decent light for the #ayearwithmycamera homework in the end today, I turned to this for a last minute blip subject.

I couldn't even do you a selfie now that I'm not so solid and heavy! ;) 

Next thought was this bronze bookend...it's on the bookcase in my hall, and is readily within arms reach should a burglar come calling! If you're looking for solid and heavy, it fits the bill nicely :)
