The pooch loves to lie with her head on J's legs-particularly when watching a bowl of cereal being eaten!

I love her eyelashes-must get those from her Poodle heritage I reckon.

A good yoga session today followed by coffee with the girls and a grand walk in the dry.

Fortunate to see a hawk and two red squirrels in the wood. I just love the wildlife in this part of Fife-brill!
