Trauma

It was a visit to the dentist today, first thing and it was as traumatic as I imagined. 

I was working from home and worked hard all day. This academic lark is incessant.  Rosemary was on day off and was going to go out on the MTB but the weather was crap and she's a wee bit poorly. We wandered down to our local cafe 'Milk' for coffee. I wasn't relaxed though as I wanted to finish work.

When I had, a wee wander down to the harbour was in order for the wind and cold to clear my mind.
