Spring in January

The strange weather this winter has totally confused plant and tree life.  Daffodils are out in full display, and even the cherry trees on our road are in blossom - around 5 weeks earlier than I have ever seen them before (and probably at least 2 months earlier than when we first moved to this road many years ago).
