Sunshine Girl

A very grey and windy day that was better enjoyed indoors. We did venture out, of course, but on our "chicken" walkie, over to the football field and through a grove of trees growing on a hill. Even if it is a city walkie, it has a couple of jumping rocks, some hide-and-seek trees and a forest trail where I can run back and forth.

I love to sleep on top of the back of the sofa. I have two designated spots, each with one of my blankets on them. This is the one overlooking stretch of a lawn where sometimes dogs walk by. And, in the late afternoon, if the sun comes out, which it did today, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine with my elk chew.
