Getting Ready....

.....For tomorrow. A 10k winter run in London.
It starts in Trafalgar Square and finishes near Downing Street.
Well I'm well and truely dreading it. I haven't trained for it at all. My own fault but I've been concentrating on other things. It should be a fun run as I know we run through snow domes. Apparently we are met by polar bears at the end...I'll need to be met by an ambulance.
All for a good cause though.
