Moo!

We started the day with a big cooked breakfast and then set about keeping one of our new year resolutions...to have a proper family day out once a month. I asked P where she wanted to go and she chose the farm, so off we went!

We had a great time. The sun was shining and out of the wind it was quite pleasant. We saw all the animals. P and A especially liked the woolly sheep and the noisy donkey! We went round the maze, went on the bumpy tractor ride, played in the play barn and got chased by a very big, very angry duck!

We then made our way to the pub for a late lunch/early tea. Steak and ale pie with warm brownie for pudding was just the job, yum!

A lovely day spent with my lovely little family. Where shall we go next month??
