a quick one

isn't it strange, you think you are struggling for a good photo, run out to the garden in the rain, camera in one hand, umbrella in the other, fire off a few shots and when you look at them you have half a dozen that you could happily blip! I chose this one, should really have tried to move the blade of grass, but would have needed a third hand.

this is the flower head of a type of sedum I think, wanted to take it at the bud stage, as it looks rather like a serpent, but they have all opened out while I was away.

probably some wet grass for tomorrow, if this keeps up!
