Any suggestions?

Found this whilst clearing out. G'dad doesn't know what it is or where it came from.

Suggestions so far:

For collecting crumbs off the table, but it is designed to be held in the right hand and the brush held in the left hand. Not sure if things were made for left handers in those days.

Fish slice

Cake slice (small portions)

I have taken details off the back and will look up the hallmarks to see when and where it was made.
