London Winter Run

I completed the Cancer Research London Winter Run 10k in cold and wet conditions this morning. It was great fun with artificial snow pumped out in a few places around the course, cow bells ringing, marshals dressed as penguins and polar bears giving out hugs (if you wanted one) at the end! In spite of an unscheduled toilet stop halfway round that went on and on (if you get my drift - although that's perhaps not a great choice of words) I recorded my best 10k time for quite a while.
