Carry on driving ... for now

After being diagnosed with Ménière's Disease, I had to inform the DVLA, who then had to liaise with my ENT consultant to make sure I'm safe to be on the roads. The medication has made a big difference to my balance and dizziness issues and as a result the Doctor has informed the DVLA that my condition is under control. Even though it was what I'd been expecting, I was very relieved to receive official notification in the post this morning that I can keep my driving licence. This might change if my condition gets worse, but fingers crossed it won't.
