Ice skating

Today we went ice skating to the Näsijärvi lake. There is an excellent ice skating track from the Santalahti to the Siilinkari. I haven't skated much so it wasn't too easy for me, my soles felt like they were on fire when I skated. There were plenty of people on the track - tour skating is very popular nowadays. 

In the evening my sister and I had our first knitting club meeting. We are knitting woolly socks. (The woolly socks are like a national costume to Finns, and one couldn't own too many pairs).
