Siilinkari

Weather forecast predicted cloudy day, but it was quite sunny instead! I had a trip to Siilinkari sector light with Sami. When I arrived to Lapinniemi it was very foggy at the lake, but later when walking back from Siilinkari, fog vanished. Ice is 22 cm thick. There were tens of skaters, the man in the picture skated with two dogs. In extra photos another skater. And a halo! There was hardly any snow on the ice, it was a bit slippery to walk there. But the open space and quietness felt awesome!
