Hopeton01 - Lives Remembered

"The dead make the living more dear . . ."

Tending the grave of a loved one earlier, I saw this candle-stand beside it.
I particularly liked the fact that the candle was alight, it's tender flame shielded by the glass against the prevailing wind.

It reminds me that while we can do nothing to bring back our loved ones we have many more loved ones who are still with us and whom we should cherish while we still can.

This is something we can do to keep our own respective candles burning . . .
