Paula

Excellent visit to St Botolph's, Hadstock in the far north of the Diocese. Far from advising, I was learning how to do rural ministry from Paula, a great example. A warm welcoming culture, inclusive planning, personal contact, pastoral care, building a community together around God's kingdom with joy, openness, honesty & vulnerability. A great transforming presence in this community.

This church has the oldest working door of any place of worship in the country. And it is still in regular and frequent use.
