discombobulated!

I had plans to get ahead.....

...... failed utterly.    It is salutary to realise how paralysed we become.   To begin with I thought it was just me.   Time to phone India - then I realised that my BT account number was in the Cloud.   Which - of course - I couldn't get to.   Found it elsewhere - and called India.    Helpful young lady said don't worry our technicians are on to it.   Give us four hours max.

In the event it didn't take so long.      I don't think I could actually proof myself now against cyber meltdown..... and yet one should.
