Male Chaffinch

I haven't seen one of these in quite a while?
  I was a nice sunny but cold afternoon.So I decided to take a walk down by the old Bitton Heritage Railway.Just to see what had been going on recently.And of course a nice walk in the fresh air is a good Winter tonic?
  The railway lines of the old LMS was always a good place for the wild birds in Winter.So it was no surprise to find a feeding station near the preserved railway which was attracting  birds in their hoards.
   There were loads of Titmice of all types and Finches.My main disappointment was the shot of a Bullfinch? Of all the shots.The A/F missed the point!
  Oh well it means I'll have to make a return visit?   lol

My extra shot,I am pretty sure is a Greenfinch???
