Driving horses is a dog's life

The previous day's snow has disappeared overnight in the rain and the unseasonable weather continues with a warm wind and sunshine. Just the right sort of conditions for a carriage rider up the Gaistal.

The additional photo is a view towards the towering Hohe Munde. We climbed this beauty some years back, continuing on up to the higher second top (just visible), traversed part-way along the ridge and down the side to come back along this valley. It was sunny and hot and a very long way.
