Crazy Kid Coacher, Motivator, Fun Bus Driver...

This is me (red jeans), Kirsty and Keah with our school hockey coach, Miss Ramsden.

Throughtout our 5 years of playing hockey with her almost every week, she had made us the people we are now. We didn't do great as a team to be fair in terms of winning. It wasn't that which counted for us though!

Her continuous motivation kept us playing with all of our hearts every match. Without her, none of us would be playing hockey today. I know it! We'd have given up after our first season with not a single goal scored...

From our first match, to now, we have improved so much and we only have her to thank for that. Yes, we've had fantastic coaching from Dave (santa) Miller (from my torch bearer blip) but we wouldn't have had any of it if it wasn't for Miss Ramsden.

Every Friday night we went to training after school and had the absolute rip with her. Whenever we had a match out of town she'd take us for a ride in the 'fun bus' and make sure ever single one of us was taken home safely. We've enjoyed pizza in the changing rooms, McDonalds on the way home, trips to the beach as a team, near death experiences on the way back from Norton on our own but we will never ever forget it!

I'm really really going to miss her!
