Holy Well?

No, a shrine and a fire hydrant :-) I really struggled with this shrine, I think it may be dedicated to the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, the incumbent being Bartholomew, but I couldn't swear to it. I didn't know one was allowed to worship living people. Maybe it isn't, maybe it's a dead predecessor. Maybe it's somebody else entirely, but there seem to be photos of a bloke in the right sort of hat and less in the way of icons with haloes.
This shrine falls under the category of 'ready to wear'. You can buy them from large monumental masons and paint them or not, as you see fit.
If I ever have a shrine I will dedicate it to Ganesh and it will be stuffed full of tiny elephants.
