Farming

This afternoon Kiwilizzie and I were invited out to Farmer Girl's for a walk around the farm followed by afternoon tea. It was a lovely and interesting walk, a great chat and a superb victoria cream sponge.

Farmer Girl, Farmer Boy and their two lads are great people and made us very welcome.

We had to leave just as they were all headed down to the tractor that Farmer Boy had mired in mud yesterday (see Farmer Girl's blip). I would love to have gone and taken photos of the Little Yellow Digger pulling it out of the ditch but unfortunately have to be in Nelson this evening so had to get moving.

Instead here are some of the sheep destined for the freezer and dinner table.
