Today was support Thursday. I had both therapy and the Alzheimer's Society support group. That happens two Thursday's a month. Today was a good day. I always love my session with my therapist. The support group is variable. The group is so large that sometimes it can be frustrating. Not enough time to get to things we want to talk about. Today we had some good discussions. I even hung around after to continue talking. It was good.
