A large hunk of home-made focaccia with a Middle Eastern touch in the form of chilli flakes, cumin seeds and sumac; a bit of Manchego cheese; a sinful pouring of virgin olive oil from Crete - that can has the added distinction of having been carried in my rucksack down a hillside in Crete from the groves where the olives grew, and I never use it for cooking.
