I’m pleased many of you are enjoying the various Monarch butterfly photos showing the various stages of their cycle. I send a grateful thank you for your comments, the hearts and stars you have given.
 The photos I have uploaded this summer are of rescued ‘Monarchs’ which are/have been cared for inside in a special portable frame called a ‘caterpillar castle’. This was necessary as the paper wasps have been a problem this year and they were decimating the monarch population on the swan plants outside. To aid their survival, I have cared for them inside and I have loved being able to release the butterflies back outside.
