Llanymynech Floods

There was a strange yellow ball in the sky this morning, I remember - it's the sun! I had to go for a walk and make the most of it so went to the Ardleen area.

Going through Llanymynech, the River Vyrnwy had burst it's banks and covered large expanses of farmland. The people that live in the house in the photo must be very concerned as the floods on the land behind is getting very close.

The extra photo is a fieldfare in a tree by the Montgomery Canal.
