Poultry in motion

My neighbours keep a few chickens and as they are away at the moment I'm letting them out and fastening them in at night. As there's the ban on free range at the moment because of the bird flu they have chicken wire over their run to keep the wild birds out.

This is the little flock emerging  from their dormitory this morning. Mr. Darcy, the cockerel came out first followed by his harem, one of the girls got into a bit of a flap!
