Crickets

I took the dogs to the vineyard at dawn this morning. I wanted to spray the olives against olive fruit fly before the little beggars bury their eggs in the fruit. They've seen off our olives every year since we've had the vineyard, but I'm determined that we should have our own olive oil this year.

As I walked round with the backpack sprayer I was able to see early morning wildlife before it was really awake.

These two stripey insects were discussing how to spend the day. I hope they had a good one.
