Alert

A very enjoyable walk over the common this morning. We bumped into various other dogs we know and their walkers: it's a friendly little parallel universe over there.

I had a message on the answerphone from the insurers asking for an update on my physio treatment. This prompted me to reply to Andy, my physio, who emailed a couple of weeks ago about the same thing. It also made me realise that I'm currently almost pain-free, hence why I'd forgotten all about it. It seems the physio and the new work station in the office have really helped matters and hopefully, if I keep doing the things I'm supposed to do, I might not need any more treatment after all :)
