When the tide is high....

what else is there for a Turnstone to do other than sunbathe? It was a very high tide and turbulent in the wind that was on the coast but nowhere else!
The birds were enjoying the warmth of the sun. a Cormorant was displaying and a pair of Ringed Plover were definitely looking at the nest sites.
