Derby and Playdate

Meetings in Derby today so early train with my all-time fave colleague, Laura. We mainly gossiped. Had to force ourselves to go through the client briefing and presentation as we pulled out of Sheffield.

Had a good meeting, a lovely gossipy lunch afterwards in Ask Italian then home via a play date with Squidge's preschool all-time favourite friend. Tantrums on departure as she didn't want to leave. Had "I hate our house" ringing in my ears as she was led kicking and screaming to the car.

Angus did bath so that I could draft a proposal in bed - which was the last thing I felt like. Fell asleep early, absolutely shattered!
