Year of the Monkey

Another lovely beach and sand-castle day, but as you're probably sand-castled out, here is something a bit different.
There are lots of people here celebrating Chinese New Year, and the celebrations continue for several days. These men were performing their fire show in front of our hotel when we arrived back after dinner. Kai thought it was hilarious when one man pulled his trousers down to reveal his Super Man underpants, and then proceeded to put his firestick down the front of his pants. Don't try this at home!
I forgot to say that when we went to the Hong Islands yesterday, on our way to the boat, we managed to leave our rolled up beach mat and a plastic bag containing brand new bucket and spade and beach toys outside a shop. When we returned about 7 hours later, there they were. Someone had hung them on a tree outside the shop.
