Birdie

Finally we got rain today!!! I ventured out for a few between showers to admire the water droplets glistening on the world. Everything seemed so fresh and clean. All the plants seemed happier than they have in weeks. I also met this birdie, hopping about in our tree, squawking like mad while dancing from branch to branch. I got so many great shots it was hard to choose my favorite. It began to rain again as I was out and I was amazed when I looked back at the shots I got. You could actually see rain drops zooming past the birdie. No raindrops in this one, but I love the soggy birdie tail!
