If Music be .... Plug in !

The rack for the new music system has been delayed but the system has been set up today.

Question1 - Is there any chance of our remembering all the instructions we have to ?
                2 - How do I update my laptop OS and merge three itunes libraries without aid of a safety net?
                3- When the rack is delivered and the butler unplugs the leads, will he then remember where they plug in once they are on their shelves?
