Bee on garlic chive

Late in the afternoon I managed to get down into the vegie garden to see what was around. Not quite so hot today and a gentle breeze.
A few bees feeding on the garlic chive entertained me as I chased them up and down.
Finally got something good enough. In midair would have been better but hey I was starting to feel a little sunburnt.

On the 8th February I put an extra flower which I was trying to name. A woman at the plant nursery knew it straight away- salsify. A weed in her opinion but all parts edible especially the roots. Common name oyster plant.
