as you can see. Kite surfers have emerged to the beach at least in Marbella.

Today we had such a refreshing day in Marbella with friends who have left Finland too and travel the world. Fun to share stories and get good hints about all kinds of stuff and have delicious lunch as a bonus! I hope we get to see each other upcoming summer again.

On the sadder note. A friend of mine buried her husband today. He left way too early leaving a young widow and an underage son. I feel so sad and helpless for them. I can't comprehend what it must be like.

Another sad thing is that my son is quite sick. He was supposed to start his final exams yesterday, but was too sick. He got a doctor's note day before. He has some kind of bacteria infection and it's quite serious. He's at home and my parents visit him every day to make sure he manages. The exams apparently will be taken next fall when he's in the army. The doctor had said that's he's so sick that it will take time for him to recover. His Swedish finals would start on Tuesday, but at this point we don't know if he's able to make that either. The exams are two days / subject, so if you can't attend the day they are held, you're out. I have no idea how that will affect his financial study aid, which requires him to take the exams this spring. He might have to pay it back from January to May. And that's his only income...  We just need to figure this out and help him get through this. I guess this is called life.
