The great outdoors

Up fairly early and set ourselves up with several breakfast rolls before driving over to see the Kelpies. Unfortunately we arrived to sleet and rain so it was a rather brief visit (excellent cafe mind you!). Drove on up into the Highlands and the forecast sun came out as we got into the snow zone. Absolutely beautiful (see extra) as we drove from Killin to Aberfeldy along Loch Tay....quite deep drifts along the sides of the road and pristine fields. Poor sheep looked a bit mucky!
Arrived at House of Bruar and although delicious late lunch there weren't many/any things we wanted to buy so after a browse we came home. T&K made a stack of delicious cocktails and we watched The Martian...good day!
