A Lovely Valentines Day

This was one of the best Valentines days I have had. Dogs are not into this love and flowers thing…Chocolates…Well yes but today was kinda special.
There is this lovely couple (who like dogs) who had their 50th Wedding Anniversary last year so they decided that they would donate a lovely stone seat beside our lake to the community in honour of the occasion and they decided to have the ceremony on Valentines Day today.

So there they all were telling lovely stories and drinking bubbly which The Boss couldn’t share ‘Cos he was driving The Bossess to Queenstown airport right after the event.

There is a lovely brass plaque on the seat but The Boss has hidden it “Cos he was not able to ask them first about blipping. So sorry but you will have to know them as T and E and they are lovely to kno…A dog kno’s this stuff.  Woof!
So here’s the Valentines balloon that was tied to one end of the seat and the extra today is well …..Obvious!
The Boss has been married longer than 50 years but apparently it doesn’t count ‘Cos it was to 2 ladies. Not at the same time tho…OK!

O.M. Goodness we are living dangerously tonight.

Paw script.  Out hearts go out to all the lovely folk in Christchurch who had their 5 years of post earthquake peace shattered today with a 5.7 quake. No casualties thank goodness but a lot of badly shattered nerves.
