Valentine's Day supper

Well, I am now going to hang up my oven gloves !
While I was out, Rob boned out a whole chicken, made stuffing, rolled it, got it cooking, prepped the veg and poured the wine!
Good job I had made sticky toffee pudding, or I would be feeling quite redundant !
