Lens test continues.........

It was horrible and cold and wet today, typical holiday weather!!! As a result I didn't get out to take many pictures. On my way to visit my Mum with Mr U&L I stopped off quickly at the local park to photograph this beautiful shrub which was blooming really well, just what was needed in the gloom.
I think the lens is performing reasonably well, although I do find the USM a little difficult to control!
