Clematis cirrhosa

A lovely day today, bright and cold with lots of sunshine, sadly I was otherwise busy so once again it is a blip from my garden.
This is Clematis cirrhosa, a winter flowering species that always brightens up January and February for me and provides a welcome supply of nectar for early emerging bumble bees.
Once again I used my new macro lens.....I think it really is performing OK.
