Kirkstall Abbey

The sun has been shining, but not a great day, photo wise. Possibly because I'd forgotten to turn the ISO back to auto - but many of the pictures were slightly blurry. I guess this is what happens when you try to take control over the settings. 

The MonoMonday theme today was love. Abbey's like this were built for the love of God. Tall, imposing structures, reaching up to the sky, and they were a focus for the work to share God's love and try to earn love for the local communities.
