Happy Day

Never has the appearance of a huge coil of tube produced such joy in a house.  Two chimneys are now full of said tube, and connected (sort of) to stoves.  Tomorrow, more of the same, but messier.  I don't care about the mess.  Really I don't.

And I had time for some proper garden work (planting things), despite being interrupted every two minutes for some nonsense or other (draining rods, plasterboard holding, razor blade searching).

Later, TallGirl ran and cycled so much on a school sports thing that she nearly threw up, but still had energy left for riding.  And dinner was a made up chicken thing with the sauce left over from dinner another night - with added chorizo.  We figured out the other night that everything is improved with the addition of either cheese, chocolate or chorizo.  The holy trinity of 'ch' foods.
