Hidden Treasure

I saw a couple of dusty bundles of veneer at the RE Store today. They were dirty but dirt-cheap, so I bought them. When I opened up  the larger bundle, I found these stunningly beautiful book-matched sheets. The iPhone photo doesn't do them justice. I'm not sure, but I think it's rosewood. 

It would be a shame to cut these into small pieces -- they need to go to someone who works on large projects. I probably won't have any trouble finding a good home for them.

The other bundle was smaller pieces of teak -- one of my favorite woods. I think I'll hang on to those.
