St Mary's Widford.

A beautiful church.
It looked stunning as I walked the dogs past tonight on our way to Hylands. I took them the long way round to get a few walking miles in today as I've done nothing all week.
This is part of my four mile circuit run....which I haven't done for a very long while.
I went to see a guy about my foot today. I have got flat feet. He took impressions of my feet. Hopefully by next week I'll have insoles for my shoes. He was very thorough. My hips are out of line too. Fingers crossed I'll get this body of mine sorted before too long.
Still got a rotten cold. No swimming tonight.
Think I'll get a Drs appointment tomorrow.
