Hanningfield Resovior

After my morning pool swim....3,600m today. I took off to the resovior for a bike ride. In May I have a triathlon here so decided to start training on the bike circuit. I did three circuits which is roughly 21 miles.
I wish we could swim here regularly but the one and only time is when we do the triathlon. It's a shame as its a beautiful place.
Watched I Am Bolt this evening. I love that man.
