Kenyang

A common sight to be presented with in Indonesian restaurants. A table full of mini dishes, often unidentifiable but equally often delicious, with a basin-sized bowl of rice usually to the side. You don't pay for what you don't touch so there is inevitably to-ing and fro-ing with some of the less appealing dishes. Let's not get into a discussion about the hygiene issues of curried fish sitting cooked in sauce in the tropics for 12 hours.
