Shades of Grey

Tiny little lime green button mums are all that are left from a bunch of flowers bought weeks ago. Amazingly still going strong after all this time.

 I love the small petals, the way they each curl round and envelope the stigma, then all seemingly dance round  - rather reminiscent of a carousel. 

Thinking now of walking the dogs but not too sure whether any of us will appreciate it in such foul weather - it's really grey and windy out there!
