A Strange Way to Celebrate

The sledging continues. After coming down the long hill at some speed the sledge turned sideways in the final few meters and threw me, with considerable force, into the far side of the ditch with an audible thump.
Is this a suitable activity for a man celebrating his 65th birthday?
Jan obviously thought so, as she laughed hilariously for about 20 seconds before asking if I was OK! I was, as you can see in the extra photo.
