Does it stay or does it go?

I did an inspection of the garden after yesterday's storms and surprisingly there has been little damage. However, I came across this invader in with a golden bamboo. It is a fabulous contrast but clearly isn't meant to be here. When the Head Gardener finds it, as he surely will, I fear its days will be numbered.
